Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Salesforce Program Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of project timelines and deliverables for Salesforce projects across multiple business units
• Develop project plans, manage scope, goals, risks, and ensure alignment with client needs and business objectives
• Interface with stakeholders and manage project budgets while providing regular updates on project status

Required Qualifications

• B.S in Computer Science, Business, or related fields, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years in program management, leading complex IT projects
• 3+ years of direct or indirect people leadership experience
• 5+ years of experience in leading large Salesforce projects
• PMP Certification preferred; technical background in systems or development preferred
