Key Responsibilities

• Gather and align business requirements for integration projects and facilitate communication with clients and partners
• Lead the full lifecycle of integration projects, ensuring goals, deliverables, and timelines are met
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, communicating project progress and addressing risks

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer-facing technical project management in a SaaS environment
• Proven experience managing complex technical integration projects with third-party partners
• Strong understanding of integration technologies, including REST and GraphQL APIs
• Ability to manage multiple active projects with effective time and priority management
