Technical Delivery Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Delivery Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical liaison between the company, the customer, and vendor partners
• Coordinate technical scope and responsibilities among teams to ensure solution delivery
• Provide technical leadership and guidance across all project phases while implementing Agile methodologies

Required Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in telecom or infrastructure domains
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and complex stakeholder environments
• Experience with digital twin technologies and cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Familiarity with Graph-based data models and Azure cloud platform practices
