Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Project Manager responsible for assisting in overseeing and delivering Project & Development Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing all phases of projects, including planning, design, and construction
  • Compile project scopes, budgets, schedules, and maintain project documentation
  • Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely delivery of materials and services
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in a related role
  • Developing project management skills with an understanding of the project management business
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles
  • OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus
