Key Responsibilities

• Establish the foundational PMO framework, processes, and governance structures
• Lead complex, multi-departmental initiatives and manage executive-level strategic projects
• Continuously assess and improve project management practices and organizational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related field
• 8+ years of progressive project management experience
• 3+ years of experience establishing or leading PMO functions
• Proven track record managing global, distributed teams across multiple time zones
