Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Unit Project Manager for an 18-month remote contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and execute customer health programs and manage cloud/AI innovation initiatives
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders and create impactful documentation and presentation decks
• Analyze trends, identify productivity improvements, and support customer engagements

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in program management and stakeholder management
• Bachelor's degree is required; program management certifications (PMP/PMI) are preferred
• Experience in creating visual documentation and presentation materials
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and passion for technology
• Ability to engage effectively with executive leadership
