Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead cross-functional project teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Create and execute end-to-end implementation plans, ensuring solutions are innovative and scalable
- Identify business requirements and partner with product and engineering teams to integrate operational needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 8+ years of experience in project/program management and continuous improvement
- Experience with process mapping and implementing new processes
- Certification in project management or Lean/Six Sigma is a plus
- Proven organizational and leadership skills to influence and motivate teams
