Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Implementation and Process Optimization Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead cross-functional project teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Create and execute end-to-end implementation plans, ensuring solutions are innovative and scalable
• Identify business requirements and partner with product and engineering teams to integrate operational needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 8+ years of experience in project/program management and continuous improvement
• Experience with process mapping and implementing new processes
• Certification in project management or Lean/Six Sigma is a plus
• Proven organizational and leadership skills to influence and motivate teams
