A company is looking for a Program Manager, Sales Enablement to design and optimize sales enablement programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable sales enablement programs that support seller performance
- Own the lifecycle of enablement initiatives from concept to delivery and results tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align programs with key priorities and maintain content consistency
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in sales enablement, program management, or learning & development in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven track record in designing and delivering programs that enhance sales productivity
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated visual design ability with experience in creating engaging, brand-aligned materials
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Slides, Canva, PowerPoint, or Adobe Creative Suite
