Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the proposal development process from identification to submission
- Develop proposal schedules, outlines, and compliance matrices
- Coordinate proposal meetings and maintain document libraries
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5-8 years of experience in proposal management or a related field, preferably in government contracting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with MS SharePoint
- Familiarity with government contracting processes and procedures
