A company is looking for a Proposal Manager to lead and manage the proposal development process for government contracting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the proposal development process from identification to submission
  • Develop proposal schedules, outlines, and compliance matrices
  • Coordinate proposal meetings and maintain document libraries
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5-8 years of experience in proposal management or a related field, preferably in government contracting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with MS SharePoint
  • Familiarity with government contracting processes and procedures
