Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager responsible for leading and managing programs across the Bank.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and evaluates all aspects of assigned programs, managing planning, schedule, resources, and risk
• Collaborates with business units and senior executives to align project goals with wider strategic objectives
• Develops relationships with vendors and stakeholders, overseeing vendor selection and ongoing relationship management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Project or Program management, or High School Diploma/GED with 12 years of experience
• Experience in program and project management, including stakeholder management and financial forecasting
• Ability to work collaboratively with business lines and technology teams to achieve program outcomes
• Preferred experience in banking or lending, large-scale programs, and proficiency in project planning tools
• PMP and/or PgMP certifications are preferred
