Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with client management and project management to define engagement models and deliver client engagements
- Manage team development, oversee delivery onboarding, and ensure programs are delivered on-schedule and on-budget
- Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and facilitate large workshops with multiple teams
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in delivering large transformations and complex client engagements
- Proven ability to bring diverse teams together for digital experience projects
- Expertise in program delivery and strategic initiative execution
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
