Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Management Advisor/Properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, directs, and controls engineering and construction of major facilities and material handling systems
• Provides project/construction management support to the department and other divisions as required
• Performs other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an architectural, engineering, or construction discipline
• Seven years of related experience in architectural, engineering, material handling, and construction practices
• Experience in commercial/industrial construction, contract negotiations, and administration
• Emphasis on project management and administration of capital projects
