Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to lead their delivery team under the Public Health Information System (PHIS) BPA for the USDA Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the contractor's Contract Manager and primary interface with government stakeholders
• Oversee task completion within estimated time frames and budget constraints, while enforcing work standards
• Provide leadership and direction for diverse project management activities, including technological improvements

Required Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
• 7 years of program or project management experience in IT/system development environments
• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Technical knowledge of enterprise IT systems, cloud platforms, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Preferred certifications: PMP, CSM/PSM, or equivalent Agile/project management certifications
