Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Transformation Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage process improvement initiatives, including project plans and success metrics
• Lead stakeholder meetings to identify pain points and define target outcomes
• Analyze workflows and feedback to identify improvement opportunities and design future-state processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in the industry
• Minimum 5 years of project management or process improvement experience
• Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
• Preferred: Experience with Lean Six Sigma or Agile Methodology
• Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel and Tableau
