A company is looking for an Onboarding Transformation Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage process improvement initiatives, including project plans and success metrics
- Lead stakeholder meetings to identify pain points and define target outcomes
- Analyze workflows and feedback to identify improvement opportunities and design future-state processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in the industry
- Minimum 5 years of project management or process improvement experience
- Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Preferred: Experience with Lean Six Sigma or Agile Methodology
- Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel and Tableau
