Project Manager Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale implementation projects, including tracking financials, schedules, and deliverables
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and serve as a technical lead in customer meetings
• Prepare reports and summaries of technical solutions for senior leadership, transforming complex data into actionable insights

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field plus 5 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of experience
• 5 years of project delivery experience in distributed energy resources or related fields
• 5 years of experience in the energy or utility industry managing customer relationships
• 5 years of experience developing proposals and cost estimations in the energy sector
• 3 years of experience using solar, battery, and energy management systems
