Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Enterprise Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple programs from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget
• Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, including timelines, resource allocation, dependencies, and risk management strategies
• Collaborate with business partners and senior leadership to drive successful delivery of key initiatives and manage stakeholder expectations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• 6-8 years of experience in IT program/project management, leading large, cross-functional initiatives
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Smartsheet, Asana) and knowledgeable in SDLC and emerging technologies
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification preferred
