Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex digital projects using Agile methodologies, focusing on loyalty and promotions
- Serve as the primary liaison between business, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment and timely delivery
- Plan, estimate, schedule, and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple workstreams
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in retail or digital commerce
- Proven success managing loyalty, CRM, or promotional campaign projects
- Strong command of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like JIRA
- Experience managing external partners and third-party integrations
- Familiarity with software development lifecycles, including front-end development and CMS platforms
