Director of Program Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Program Management to lead and scale their team of Program Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Program Managers
• Define and drive best-in-class program management practices and tools
• Own the end-to-end program lifecycle, including strategic planning and execution

Qualifications & Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in program management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Hands-on experience managing complex programs and driving product initiatives
• Strong business acumen with a focus on aligning execution to strategic priorities
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or technical degree is a plus
• Experience with Agile/Lean product development lifecycles
