Agile Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agile Project Manager to support federal civilian agencies and improve outcomes for Veterans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as an Agile Project Manager, providing oversight and management for multiple program workstreams
• Lead and manage a cross-functional team, ensuring alignment with program goals and timelines
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and actively identify and resolve program-level impediments and risks

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, engineering, or a related field with at least 5+ years of experience
• 4+ years of experience in Agile project management, including 2 years managing cross-functional teams
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle models and Agile project management principles
• Proven track record of implementing software or product development using Agile methodologies
• Experience overseeing multi-function scrum teams and familiarity with Veterans Affairs is preferred
