Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement change management strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Engage key stakeholders and ensure their support throughout the change process
- Develop and execute communication plans to inform and engage employees about changes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field
- 7-10 years of experience in change management and project management
- Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies
- Preferred: Master's degree and CCMP Certification
- Insurance industry experience is preferred
