Change Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Manager to lead and manage change initiatives remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement change management strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Engage key stakeholders and ensure their support throughout the change process
• Develop and execute communication plans to inform and engage employees about changes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field
• 7-10 years of experience in change management and project management
• Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies
• Preferred: Master's degree and CCMP Certification
• Insurance industry experience is preferred
