Qualifications and Experience

• 10+ years of experience in strategic transformation, program management, or service innovation in relevant industries
• Strong track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes
• Experience in applying structured program and change management methodologies
• Experience in scaling initiatives from pilot phases to operational models is a plus
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred
