Client Delivery Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Delivery Manager - Fan Engagement/ Free to Play.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product scope and deliverables while minimizing scope creep
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholder management throughout the product lifecycle
• Document product requirements and acceptance criteria for developers and ensure timely delivery

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of delivery experience in Project/Product Management
• Experience managing multiple Tier 1-3 clients
• Strong technical knowledge across web, apps, APIs, and data feeds
• Familiarity with project management frameworks such as waterfall, agile, scrum, and kanban
• Experience with project management tools like Confluence and Jira
