Principal Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Project Manager to oversee complex, high-impact projects for strategic customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale customer engagements, aligning project delivery with customer objectives and company goals
• Act as a trusted advisor to executive sponsors, managing risks and ensuring customer success
• Mentor other Project Managers and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Professional Services delivery organization

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in SaaS or cloud software environments
• At least 3 years leading complex, high-visibility programs with executive-level engagement
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering discipline or equivalent experience
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project or Smartsheet
• Demonstrated ability to manage executive stakeholders and drive strategic outcomes
