Senior Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coaching to teams and other Scrum Masters
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and monitor team dynamics and progress

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I) preferred
• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or project manager in software development
• Experience with various Agile methodologies and techniques
• Ability to build positive relationships with peers and management
