Proposal Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager to manage the proposal development lifecycle for complex IT bids within the Federal space.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Capture Managers and Business Unit Leaders to create high-scoring proposal documents
• Dissect solicitation requirements and guide writing teams on compliant document outlines
• Develop proposal management artifacts and run proposal meetings

Required Qualifications

• US citizenship & able to obtain a security clearance
• 3+ years of experience managing Federal proposal efforts and large technical teams
• Direct experience with high-value ($50M+) winning proposals in IT and cybersecurity
• Knowledge of IDIQ proposal responses and the Federal Acquisition Regulation
• Expert usage of MS Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
