Key Responsibilities
- Provide program leadership for strategic improvement programs and manage project scope and deliverables
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement quality control measures for project compliance
- Develop relationships with stakeholders and prepare accurate project records and cost estimates
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a work-related discipline from an accredited college or university is required
- Master's degree in a related field is preferred
- Three years of progressive responsibility and directly related work experience
- Skilled in project management and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to establish effective relationships and provide leadership within diverse groups
