• Lead planning and execution of integration activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Engage with stakeholders to identify and mitigate integration risks while measuring key financial metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; MBA preferred
• 10-12 years of progressive business leadership and program management experience
• 5 years of direct management experience with professional associates
• Good understanding of manufacturing, engineering, and systems
• Certification in Project/Program Management preferred
