Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to work closely with the CEO to ensure smooth execution of all projects, including product launches.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines, KPIs, and ensure cross-departmental alignment for product launches
• Act as the primary liaison between departments and the CEO, updating on project progress and resource needs
• Evaluate and improve project management processes, addressing challenges in supply chain logistics and compliance

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or in leading cross-departmental projects in remote settings
• Strong cross-functional leadership and organizational skills
• Experience with projects involving tangible products in offline retail and e-commerce
• Preferred experience collaborating with teams in the U.S. and China
• Familiarity with product development, marketing, and supply chain processes
