Business Project Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Project Analyst to join their project management team supporting various business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Determines operational objectives by studying business functions and evaluating output requirements
• Designs new computer programs by analyzing requirements and constructing workflow charts
• Defines project requirements by identifying milestones, forming project teams, and establishing budgets

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in system analysis and program management
• Proven Workday configuration experience in Talent Management, including Performance Management
• Strong knowledge of system analysis and workflow management
• Degree in computer science, information technology (IT), or a comparable discipline highly preferred
• Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PMP, PMI-PBA, or CCBA are a plus
