Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Vendor Resilience Program (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Vendor Resilience Management program, including policies and procedures
- Conduct assessments of vendor reliability and resilience, and compile findings reports
- Oversee crisis and incident management training and documentation, ensuring compliance with international standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business management, Emergency Administration and Disaster Preparedness, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of professional experience in resilience disciplines, particularly in Crisis and Incident Management
- Preferred certifications include CBCP or MBCI
- Knowledge of international standards such as ISO 22301 and ICS/NIMS frameworks
- Proactive self-starter with strong project management and documentation skills
