Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Five years of relevant work experience, including call center management
- Understanding of insurance and pharmacy claims processing
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or related fields
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with interdepartmental coordination
