Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master in large enterprise environments
• Certified Scrum Master with a strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks
• Experience managing Agile ceremonies and tracking sprint health
• Ability to work remotely while supporting teams in PST/MST time zones
• Polished and professional demeanor with strong facilitation skills
