Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager to oversee complex programs and initiatives across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate program activities, including budgeting, scheduling, and reporting
• Provide leadership for specific programs, ensuring successful completion and adherence to project management methodologies
• Facilitate leadership reviews and maintain program documentation, while seeking opportunities for process improvement

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of program management experience in IT and operational program management
• Bachelor's degree in business or technology, or equivalent experience
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
• Proven understanding of IT systems, vendor management, and change management
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders
