Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of program management experience in IT and operational program management
- Bachelor's degree in business or technology, or equivalent experience
- PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
- Proven understanding of IT systems, vendor management, and change management
