Key Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing integration efforts for M&A activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements
- Manage MNPI securely and ensure adherence to confidentiality protocols throughout the integration process
- Develop and maintain detailed project tracking systems to monitor progress, milestones, and deliverables
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proven track record in project management, specifically in M&A activity integration
- Experience managing MNPI and ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards
- Familiarity with sourcing processes, vendor management, and procurement
- Experience with project management tools; proficiency in Zip is a plus
