Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the CRM lifecycle program end-to-end, ensuring seamless execution across all lifecycle stages
- Lead continuous improvements to increase high-quality CRM campaign volume
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to build a scalable and efficient CRM system
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in program management leading complex cross-functional programs
- Experience in a tech company or fintech environment
- Experience identifying and implementing scalable solutions to systemic challenges
- Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of transforming incomplete inputs into clear plans
- Experience with enterprise-level CRM platforms is a plus
