Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead and motivate teams while managing complex programs through all phases of the product life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Product, UX, & Engineering teams to define roadmaps and align on timelines
• Ensure product teams are sufficiently resourced to meet commitments and manage program interdependencies
• Prepare program dashboards and status reports for executive briefings and maintain effective communication plans

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in SaaS products
• Proficiency in Atlassian Toolset and metrics gathering tools like Tableau and Pendo
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and strong organizational skills
• Ability to synthesize data and present it clearly to various audiences
