Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead IT infrastructure projects and support operational resiliency and modernization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of infrastructure-focused projects, including SSO implementation and CRM system migration
• Collaborate with teams to gather and document project requirements and maintain comprehensive project plans
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and conduct post-project reviews for process improvements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in technical project management focused on IT infrastructure
• Experience managing third-party vendors and consultants
• Familiarity with Agile and hybrid project methodologies
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM certification preferred
