A company is looking for a Costco Program Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all Costco-related inquiries and issues
- Manage the ongoing relationship and communication with Costco Executives
- Analyze program performance metrics and provide feedback to optimize processes and improve customer experiences
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in program coordination or project management
- Previous experience working with Costco or a similar big-box retail environment is a strong plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
