Job Summary
A company is looking for a Supplemental Benefit Program Manager III to enhance Medicare Supplemental Benefit efficiency and service levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end development, filing, and execution of Medicare Supplemental benefits
- Develop and lead strategies for financial planning, member materials, and benefit contracting
- Manage multiple benefit packages through the full product life cycle process, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in project implementation, product, or program management
- Experience in managed care or prescription benefit management preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex portfolios and negotiate with stakeholders
- Familiarity with corporate and industry standard project management tools and techniques
