Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Coordinator - Health Plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Implementation Project Manager with all internal aspects of new group implementations
  • Develop detailed project plans and collaborate with internal departments to meet deadlines
  • Track internal deliverables, lead implementation meetings, and coordinate with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline
  • 2+ years of project management or software implementation experience
  • Previous experience working with clients or brokers preferred
  • Experience in health plan insurance or benefits administration preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
