Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Administrator to support the National Account Team Lead and Program Managers in managing service contracts and day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Write proposals and manage documentation for customer accounts, ensuring compliance with specific requirements
- Track and manage multiple leak response programs, including subcontractor invoices and service calls
- Maintain inspection program data and schedules, and deliver reports to the Program Manager and customers
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Experience with internal web resources and document management systems
- Familiarity with different labor rates and service types in relevant regions
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with SAP Accounting preferred
