Project Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Specialist to join their Business Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee cross-functional project teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Facilitate communication and documentation of team deliverables, milestones, and risks
• Manage project budgets, vendor tracking, and assist in preparing change orders

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in life sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related field plus 2+ years of clinical research experience
• Bachelor's Degree in life sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related field with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of ICH/GCP regulations and FDA guidance documents
• Working knowledge of drug/device development and clinical monitoring procedures
• Strong computer skills in MS Office suite required
