Project Management Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Management Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all project management areas for real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, and closeout
• Work with clients to prepare project scope, resource requirements, cost estimates, schedules, and risk identification
• Ensure project data integrity and documentation governance while directing the project delivery team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; equivalent experience and education may be considered
• Preferred designations include LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset
• Sophisticated math skills for financial calculations
