Project Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Associate Individual Contributor.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily coordination of projects, including preparing and maintaining project plans and budgets
• Oversee the marketing collateral review and approval process for U.S., Canada, and Europe
• Generate and distribute quarterly and ad hoc reports to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree preferred
• 4 years of project management experience, preferably in marketing and healthcare
• Experience with Adobe Workfront system
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Understanding of procedures and concepts within the discipline
