Key Responsibilities
- Manage quotations and procurement for commercial office furniture projects
- Maintain organized project documentation and facilitate communication among stakeholders
- Support designers with material takeoffs and coordinate logistics for project execution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- At least 5+ years of experience in a project support or coordination role in commercial interior design
- Familiarity with major U.S. commercial office furniture manufacturers and their products
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with project management software
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate measurements and budgeting
