Job Summary
A company is looking for a Chief Portfolio Officer to oversee IT projects within the Medicaid portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the Medicaid IT project portfolio and ensure alignment with strategic goals
- Lead the development and management of Advanced Planning Documents (APDs) for federal funding
- Champion the adoption of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and AI tools to enhance project delivery efficiency
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Eight years of experience in IT project, program, or portfolio management
- Three years of experience in a portfolio management role overseeing multiple IT projects
- Experience in creating and managing Advanced Planning Documents (APDs) for federal funding
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and portfolio management best practices
