Key Responsibilities

• Organize and lead daily activities for programs, translating strategy into actionable plans
• Identify, develop, and implement program strategies and optimizations aligned with organizational objectives
• Oversee end-to-end implementations, ensuring program success through KPI development and stakeholder collaboration

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of program and project management experience in the health insurance sector
• 4+ years of experience in change management and process improvement
• Healthcare experience (preferred)
• PMP or Six Sigma certification (preferred)
