Project Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Program Manager to lead technical initiatives in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans across multiple technical teams to ensure transparency in program status and outcomes
• Drive alignment of cross-organization initiatives through outcome planning, dependency management, and impediment removal
• Manage day-to-day project activities and facilitate user acceptance testing to ensure timely and quality product releases

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role
• Extensive experience with complex initiatives involving multiple software engineering teams in an Agile environment
• Good technical background and aptitude with a zeal for process and operational excellence
• Experience with tools such as Confluence, Asana, Jira, and Lucidchart preferred
