A company is looking for a Project Administrator responsible for project setup and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide monthly CPM financial status reports
- Handle invoicing, cost transfers, and facilitate project closeouts
- Upload documents and assist in revenue calculations in Oracle
Required Qualifications
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with desktop applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently
- Associate degree in Accounting preferred
- Experience with CPFF projects is a plus
