Head of Delivery

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Delivery to lead software implementation and professional services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for the delivery function and develop a scalable delivery strategy
• Oversee and mentor project management leaders, optimizing systems and processes for operational efficiency
• Manage the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring project accuracy and seamless handover to the Customer Success team

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software implementation or professional services, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven success in building and scaling a delivery organization in a high-growth technology company
• Experience delivering complex, large-scale projects
• Strong technical acumen and understanding of AI and automation in operational efficiency
• Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is a significant plus
